We, Enrich Academy, are organizing a pool campus drive for the students who are passed out in the years 2011 & 2012 on 01st September 2012 at Kongunadu Arts & Science College, Coimbatore. The recruitment drive is for Fore Brain Technologies Pvt Ltd for their client Logica. Please inform all your passed out students about the same.If you can forward us the database we shall intimate them through SMS. The format for database collection is attached. The last date for registration is 30th August 2012. More details are below
CRITERIA:
1. No. of Openings - 100 positions
2. Criteria for eligibility for EUS
Qualification: BSc / BCA / BA / BCom / BBM / BBA 3 yrs Diploma after 10th or 12th std
Subject: Should have Computers fundamentals in the curriculum
Minimum overall %: 60 %
Criteria for eligibility for ES
Qualification: BSc / BCA / 3 yrs Diploma after 10th or 12th std
Subject: Should have Computers fundamentals in the curriculum
Minimum overall %: 60 %
Candidates who have passed out in 2011 will be considered for selection if and only if they have NOT worked in any organisation. EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
5.Location of work - Bangalore / Chennai
Candidates can opt for either Bangalore or Chennai as their work location. Change of work location will NOT be entertained AT ANY TIME within 24 months from the start of mentorship.
6.Additional qualifications
Knowledge of any foreign language (French, German etc) will be advantageous.

Round 1: Aptitude Test
Round 2: Communication Interview
Round 3: Tech Interview
Round 4: HR Interview
EUS:
Round 1: Aptitude Test.
Round 2: Group Discussion – conducted by EUS.
Round 3: Listening Skills – conducted by EUS.
Round 4: Technical round – conducted by EUS.
Round 5: HR Interview
1) SALARY : 1.44 LAC CTC
2) The selected and trained candidates will be on the payroll of FBT for 12 or 24 months.(Client - Logica)
3) Shortlisted candidates will be undergoing technical training at FORE BRAIN TECHNOLOGIES.(Training- Free of cost)
4) The training duration will vary from 40 days to 90 days for ES/Tools & EUS stream.
5) Payment period of the candidates start from their on board date.
